Good Governance in Rural Local Administration

The governance principle is an important aspect of good governance, and its implementation believed to have a impact on outcomes, such as corruption reduction performance improvement. has been developed for several types organisations. However, previous studies did not focus the rural local administration’s governance. This study aims develop administration. There are four objectives this study: first, identify principles their indicators in literature; second, create using exploratory factor analysis; third, model structural equation (SEM); finally, analyse any different perceptions about administration univariate analysis. result showed that 33 were identified through literature. Using 238 usable questionnaires analysis, we found 6 principles: fairness capability, inclusivity, legitimacy direction, participation, information, transparency accountability. second-order SEM SmartPLS, A few deleted measurement validation. In addition, analysis concluded differ by sex, education level, occupation type respondents. other words, they agreed with practical theoretical implications, which discussed detail article.
